- Be the HR point person, offering advice on policies and navigating workplace dynamics with ease.
- Manage employee relations, tackling conflicts and performance issues with fairness and insight.
- Handle our benefits program, making sure everyone's up to speed and satisfied with what we offer.
- Drive HR policy development and initiatives that boost morale and keep folks around.
- Keep employee records and HRIS data accurate and up-to-date, ensuring we're always audit-ready.
- Ensure legal compliance, keeping us aligned with employment laws and regulations.

**Tools You'll Need**:
- Full English fluency at a C1/C2 level.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, anchoring your theoretical understanding of HR fundamentals.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, demonstrating your capacity to grow and take on increasing responsibilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, making you a natural at building relationships across all levels of an organization.
