Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing Human Resource & Administrative related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting the Human Resource & Administrative functions within Auxis.
The HR Generalist is also responsible for ensuring the performance, productivity, and efficiency of all related functions, and identifying opportunities to streamline Human Resources & Administrative work processes, procedures and systems.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, Onboarding, terminations, Employee Status changes, feedback sessions, coaching, training, Policy implementation & monitoring, employment law compliance, organizational development, company activities and employee engagement, facilities, internal communications, among others.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be known and seen as the key person who knows our extended team members and is a facilitator to and provider of Auxis internal services to staff.
- Provide emergency support and coordination, as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters.
- Perform other duties, as requested by the HR & Admin VP and HR Manager
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting compliance.
- Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement across Leadership team and business by
- conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives including managing and presenting employment engagement surveys.
- Responsible to develop and implement communications, events and engagement plans.
- Develop effective job coaching and development plans
- Communicate with internal clients to understand their goals and ambitions
- Provide support with the Grow & Climb programs.
- Manage de 60-day/ evaluation process.
- Manage the status change process in Ultipro and Exactus
- Manage PTO, sick leaves, and termination process in Exactus.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Manage the one-on-one monthly distribution and inquires.
- Providing support with Warnings and PIP's.
Skills and Experience:
- English-Spanish Language (Oral and writing 80% or higher) (B2 level in English).
- Excellent people skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
- An advanced student of Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.
- Prior experience working in a shared service center or outsourcing operation of at least 100 people is a plus.
- Must be experienced in several human resource functions.
- Extensive organization and HR policies and procedures experience.
