You will take ownership of all HR matters across the Costa Rica office location from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, implementation of protocol and procedures, and Payroll. We would like this individual to have knowledge with Caja and Haciemda matters.To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Director, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.We are also looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who wants to be part of a growing company based in Atlanta. Your efforts will be of significant importance to our internal team.
