- High School diploma.
- 2+ year(s) of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service and/or back-office compliance-related environments.
- Work experience in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (B2+ level or higher).
- Intermediate Portuguese proficiency (B2 level or higher).
Job summary
This is a "4 by 10" hourly, full-time, back-office, permanent position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits.
Job applicants must be located and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica in order to be eligible for consideration.
The Human Resources Regional Center is expanding operations to Costa Rica and we are looking for HR Coordinator(s) looking to continue building their career in Human Resources.

This role can provide foundational HR administration skills to individuals new to Human Resources while elevating and expanding the career of experienced HR administration professionals.
This is NOT a virtual position.
Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, if selected for this role, all necessary equipment will be sent for you to work from home.
However, once our company provides clearance, you may be required to continue working from our SJO10 building, located in Calle Blancos, San Jose.

About the team

- Production Schedules are based on business needs and global organizational demands:
1.
Sunday through Wednesday from 5:00am through 3:00pm
2.
Sunday through Wednesday from 3:00pm through 1:00am
3.
Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00am through 3:00pm
4.
Wednesday through Saturday from 3:00pm through 1:00am
**These are all schedules available.
"4 by 10" only.
- University technical/bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
- Experience in peer coaching, mentoring, and/or training.
- Work experience in employee support, payroll, benefits and HR-related tasks.
