Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the HR Compliance department inclusive of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Job Duties: Assists in the creation and maintenance of compliance initiatives working closely with HR Generalists.
Handle basic employee & HR partner questions about Compliance related policies or procedures.
Process sponsored employee visas and extensions for immigration purposes.
Audit HR Compliance related transactions and maintain accurate records.
Inputs HR-related data and compiles standard reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide back-up support with the execution of the Compliance program by ensuring HR policies and procedures are developed and implemented across the enterprise, assist with HR auditing functions, Reasonable Accommodation, Unemployment Claims, and Worker's Compensation
- Process Validation of employees and I-9 verifications as needed for US employees.
Maintain I-9 forms, including reverifications, delete I-9s by retention dates.
Assist with internal audits, as necessary.
- Process governance / compliance - ensure all processes and transactions are done appropriate and are compliant.
- Process invoices - manage and submit expenses and invoices for services rendered as needed.
- Assist in the development of transition plans during Mergers and Acquisitions.
Assist with communication, and engagement activities, ensuring managers are equipped to handle all people matters.
- Other - support the HR Compliance & Merger and Acquisition team in other projects as needed.
**Requirements**:

- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Visio, Workday, or an ATS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR administrative role
- Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment
