In this position you will be part of the Global Quality and Analytics Team in Human Resources. As a HR Business Solution Analyst, you will analyze structured data related to process performance indicators, create, and maintain data models, and build sustainable data infrastructures for analysis and business insights.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in System Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years data engineering experience.
- 2+ years of backend experience with Python.
- Advanced knowledge of complex SQL queries.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- End to end development of data workflows, including gathering the data sources, developing ETL processes, and developing front end data workflows solutions for our business to help our users make smarter decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Data Warehousing/ETL technologies like SQL Server, SSIS, Python and PowerShell is preferred.
- API consumption.
- SSRS and Power Bi/Tableau or similar visualization tools.
- Structured thinking process and process modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required
