Bachelor's Degree in related areas
- 5+ years of human resource generalist experience
- Experience working with a global team, supporting different employee types and organizational functions

Job summary
In this position you will partner with Costa Rica Consumer and Corporate leaders to develop and execute HR initiatives that enable business outcomes and build a world class employee experience through the establishment and implementation of HR strategies that foster the organization and people development.
The HR Business Partner serves as a liaison between the business line and HR to assess human resources needs in areas such as People strategy and planning, Talent management, Organization design and culture, Organization development, compensation and benefits.
To be successful, you must understand the business units you are supporting and will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, the agility to function in a fast paced in an innovative environment, change management and prioritizing abilities.

Key responsibilities:
- Work with leaders and HRBP Team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- Partner with leaders and HRBP Team on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues
- Partner with international HR team to support business unit initiatives
- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures
- Partner with leaders and HRBP team to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and willingness to be vocally self-critical.
- Ability to deliver results in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
- Experience working in a start-up with rapid and complex changing environment.
