**Responsibilities**:
- Conducts market pricing activities such as job matching, data analytics, job pricing including analysis of cash and equity compensation practices and staffing trends.
- Generates and reviews compensation related reports from both internal systems, external market data vendors (database to manage employee data and competitive compensation data) and Microsoft Access
- Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.
- Prepares advanced analytics and modeling to fulfill ad hoc data requests.
- Focuses on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation.
- Additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in HR Benefits, Total Rewards preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel, Power Point
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
