As a member of Amazon's Screening Services Operations team, the Adjudication Senior Associate will support the business by reviewing results and determining hiring eligibility based on a risk analysis and various factors specific to each situation.

The Senior Associate will provide ongoing support; act as a central point for resolution and management of the day-to-day transactions of several programs through diverse electronic platforms.

Key job responsibilities
- BGC program support including adjudication and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BGC processes and procedures.
- Communicate to partners and employees on data findings and information.
- Navigate various vendor and internal systems to determine if a record or process defect exists.
- Manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
