Hr Assisstant

**JOB PROFILE**

Execute with excellence day-to-day activities and procedures related to Staff Operations (Hiring, Contract Amendments, General Processes, etc).
End-to-end ownership of the cases under administration.
Follow-up with different stakeholders to complete tasks in the system.
Have a clear understanding of all the policies and procedures under administration.
Ensure all key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
Understand and correctly utilize resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures.
**REQUIREMENTS**

**Experience**:2 years of experience working in a HR Operations environment.
**Education**:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

**Technical/Operating**: 2 years working with HR / Case Management Systems.
(SAP, Service Now, Workday, Success Factors, etc.)
/ Excel - Intermediate Level

**Language**: English advanced.
Basic level of Portuguese will be a plus.
Strong writing skills in English and Spanish.
