Job Summary:
The HR Analysts are the behind-the-scenes collaborators and colleagues whose main job responsibilities are focused on helping HR generalists accomplish HR-related tasks. HR Analysts are involved with nearly all programs and services that relate to a company's human resources division. Their work, which is often decidedly administrative in nature, new hire data impute, archiving confidential documentation, onboarding, contracts, letters, etc.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contract creation and signature coordination
- Onboarding New Hire Process: Access, Exactus, Tenrox & Ultipro
- Alternating the front desk tasks.
- Creation and maintenance of phyiscal and digital files.
- Support various activities of Human Resources.
- NH Bank account Process: (Request & activation)
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, badge creation, scanning etc.
- Assist with onboarding delivery and planning.
- Archive confidential and legal documentation of tower staff
- Creating letters (Visa, labor, and justifications)
- Equipment delivery (Terminations)
- Manage the Policy Acknowledgement Confirmations (Handbook, IT Security and Awareness training.)
- Manage the Ultipro SSO process and inquiries
Skills and Experience:
- **English**-Spanish **Language** (B2** level in English).**:
- ** 1 year of proven work experience as a HR Analyst or similar role**:
- ** Flexibility to work in hybrid mode (1 or 2 times per week)**:
- High School Diploma or a Technical Degree (HR or related fields)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Strong work ethic. Honest and loyal. Strong values.
- Must be detail-oriented, pays attention to the details and can make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects.
- Able to effectively work in stressful environments and situations with frequently changing priorities.
- Must have the ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees and management, as well as vendors and clients.
- Must have strong analytical skills.
- Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company and its operating units.
