**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Must be pursuing or has completed, a Technical or Bachelor degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field OR 1+ year of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Advanced English level written and verbal.
- 6+ months of experience in customer service and/or contact center experience.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with HR tools such as Workday Service Now SQL.
- Proficient in MS office package Excel PowerPoint Outlook.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
