**Responsibilities**:
- Process North America and Costa Rica employee new hires, employee changes and terminations in Workday System.
- Administering Workday process, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Act as the liaison for Workday between the Corporate Recruiter, SAP, HR Team and ADP.
- Provide HR team with reporting as required.
- Partner with HR team and provide HRIS support as needed.
- Anticipates and identifies data problems and takes appropriate actions to resolve issues.
**Qualifications**:
- High School diploma
- Business Administration degree or HR student
- Workday or HRIS knowledge required
- Proficiency in English
- 1 plus years of SAP experience preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge in Workday/ADP Vantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
- Well organized
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Ability to multitask, and work well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to assist and support others
- Ability to communicate effectively (written & spoken) as required for job related communication throughout the organization
- Regular attendance required
- Ability to travel as needed
