Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Hotel Reservationist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Assist customers in booking hotel rooms, ensuring their preferences and needs are met.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Upsell additional services and special packages to enhance guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
Resolve any issues or concerns related to reservations promptly and professionally.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be bilingual.
Reside and have work authorization in Costa Rica.
Possess a smart phone or computer with a stable internet connection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
No previous experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
