**Mission/vision of the company**:

It's located in the beautiful San Jose and is a very unique Aparthotel that is quickly growing in popularity. They are looking for you to guard her values with your hospitable smile and head that always stays cool.

**Internship**:
You will make sure the guests are welcomed in a way that reflects the Costa Rican hospitality, it's an excellent environment to learn and get some experience in customer-contact and some problem solving. There is enough room to learn and develop.

**Student profile**:
The company is looking for a student who is ready for an adventure, is a self started and is eager to learn. You need to be a natural problem solver and know what responsibility is. You are the first person guests see when they walk in. Furthermore, you like to get creative and are punctual.

- Manage the incoming phone traffic
- Update statistic reports
