Limitlessli is a staffing company that recruits, hires, and manages long-term remote staff for growing businesses in the USA.

**Location**: Remote (permanent work from home)
- Type of Work: Full-time, Night Shift
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week (US time - Eastern Standard Time)

**Working with Limitlessli**:

- Remote work - home-based

**Summary**: The primary role of Healthcare TSR is to assist geriatric patients and/or their families in syncing their medical devices to WiFi or Bluetooth and then automatically uploading their vitals to the computer, thus allowing the doctor to monitor the patients remotely.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make sure that the patient is connected correctly to the DME device.
- Provide education to the patients on the functions and features of the device while working with them so they can be more self-sufficient.
- Clearly and concisely document all correspondence, interactions, and activities.
- Perform other essential duties as assigned or required.

**Job Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of technical support experience is required, preferably in the US Healthcare industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, clients, and management through oral and written presentations or documentation reports.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Tech-savvy
- Must understand medical jargon

**Start date**: Can start ASAP

**Service Fee**: Industry standard applicable to state depending on work of experience and level of expertise.

**Tools needed**:You MUST have your own laptop/desktop computer, a noise cancellation headset, a second monitor, stable internet, and a backup internet connection.

Pay: ¢849.65 - ¢899.63 per month
