Are you passionate about customer advocacy and technical support? We are looking for a **Health-Tech Agent **to join our team and work directly with customers to provide outstanding technical assistance and product support. Help us ensure our customers have the best experience possible!

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system using process flows and work instructions
- Represent the customer's needs internally and act as a customer advocate
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory and legal requirements

**Requirements**:

- French and English proficiency (85% minimum level)
- Good typing speed
