**Job Summary**
To assist in the health and safety department, supporting the development and implementation of plans and programs, strengthening the safety and integrity of employees, through prevention and health promotion.
**Requirements**:
- **English level (70%>) (must).**:
- **Full Schedule Flexibility to **work all schedules during weekdays **(must)**.
- **Technician Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (must).**:
- **Able to work at GAM and Liberia if required (must).**:
- **Knowledge in ISO 45001 and First Aid and brigades **(**desired**)

**Responsibilities**
- To support in the Implementation and/or Follow-up of the Occupational Risk Prevention Management System, Health and Safety System, Occupational Health Policy, ISO System, or any other similar.
- To perform inspections of equipment and tools (electrical, first aid kit, fire extinguishers, extensions, electrical boards, anchor points, scaffolding, etc.) and general safety inspections to the different areas, processes, implements, material stores, chemical stores, equipment, tools and/or any other item indicated by the employer.
- To perform inspections of evacuation routes, hazard, and risk assessment in the different areas of the company's buildings.
- To perform ergonomic evaluations as requested.
- To assist in planning and conducting Occupational Health Training, as appropriate.
- To support the development of documents, procedures, and manuals necessary for the management of the department.
- To provide technical recommendations for the development of activities in a safe manner and manage the different safety agreements defined for the different departments of the company according to their needs.
- To participate in meetings related to Occupational Health, Emergency Brigade, and the different Committees.
- To support the investigation of accidents and work incidents and the work related to the sending of accident report information to the INS.
- To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior.
