Head of Engagement Costa Rica
**Job Description**:
As the Culture & Engagement Head you will be responsible for creating and driving an integrated culture and engagement strategy, able to engage, align and inspire game-changers with the company's vision and business strategy. The role encompasses key aspects of how the Company connects and relates to current and prospective employees. The role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team and PS Leaders to shape, drive and deliver culture, engagement and internal communications.
- Development and execution of employee engagement programs to foster the company's culture ensuring all initiatives/activities are promoted and delivered.
- Leads active Concentrix programs and platforms that drives Praise & Recognition in the country.
- Budget analysis, considering participation rates and cost per person.
- Work directly with leadership and human resources on strategic programs for the organization's ability to retain employees.
- Work along with regional team for support on actions plans to enhance the game-changer experience, evaluating activities, aligning strategies for the country, and measuring impact. A monthly report will be shared with the Leadership team.
- Leverage internal communication vehicles to ensure employee awareness, understanding and participation in programs and process improvement related to increasing engagement and building a best place to work.
- Assist People Solution team with a comprehensive onboarding program including communication, processes, job tools, and training.
- Organize employee special events, including but not limited to team building, holiday events, and company outings.
- Provide support in scheduling certifications, trainings, and conferences related to people engagement actions.
- May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.
