Small high-end remote nature lodge seeks Naturalist guide. This is an extremely hands on job for an organized and versatile team player with excellent people skills and nature passioned. Lodge is situated in the southern zone Golfo Dulce -Osa Peninsula Region.

Requirements:
• 100% fluency in Spanish AND English.
• The guide needs to know and apply the following laws:
? Law of biodiversity of Costa Rica (Law No. 7788 ).
? Law of conservation of wildlife of Costa Rica (Law No. 7317).
? Law against sexual harassment of Costa Rica (Law No. 7476).
? Tourist guide regulation from ICT (No. 41369)
• Knowledge in wildlife (marine wildlife, birds, amphibians, reptiles, mammals), as well as native flora, natural history, Costa Rican culture and traditions, Costa Rican (and general) geography, fishing, kayaking, and other beach entertainment activities.
• Passion for nature and sustainability.
• Strong and proven knowledge/skills guiding groups and individuals.
• Remote living experience.
• Must be able to work under pressure and give excellent attention to numerous details.
• Great attitudes of teamwork, responsible, high moral values
Desirable Qualities:
• Additional foreign language fluency
Compensation:
• Base Salary according to labor law
• Commission for tours sales.
