If you're enthusiastic about innovative approaches to problem-solving, we would love to speak with you about joining our team!**What are we looking for?****What will you do?**- Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company- Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes**What skills and experience should you bring?**- 2+ years of experience recruiting in a high volume capacity- Comfortable with ambiguity and high sense of urgency in a very dynamic environment- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders.- Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus- Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc).- Innovative out-of-the-box thinker.
