**About the Role**:
The Caribbean, Central & South America Growth Ops team's mission is to enable efficient eater acquisition, retention and engagement in the CASA region.
The Growth Ops Coordinator for CASA will be responsible for crafting and performing key central initiatives from an Eater perspective.
This position will require working hand-in-hand with several teams: the territories teams, Strategy & Planning and Merchants.
This role calls for a combination of analytics, an ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced
**What you'll do**:
- **
Analyze Data - **You will ensure you are crafting, collecting, and incorporating as much data about our eaters as possible to supervise performance and find opportunities to improve.
You, with help from colleagues, will build the analytical frameworks and models to enable constant growth in our eater base
- **
Create & Optimize Processes - **We need to build and constantly optimize our own Eater & Growth processes to ensure that we are improving our eater growth; this will include conducting experiments and drawing insights
- **
Grow the business - **As a key member of the Operations team you will be constantly seeking solutions for your Region.
Your processes and projects will directly supply to the business' growth
**What you'll need**:
- 3+ years of validated experience solving sophisticated analytical problems; experience in business consulting, investment banking or other hyper-growth startups is helpful
- English and Spanish professional proficiency
- Critical thinking and analytical rigor, as taking care of data
- Experience with data-based decision-making - exercising good judgement in ambiguous circumstances, and optimally presenting across a complementary team
- Strong Excel skills, other database experience effective.
- SQL knowledge is required.
