The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Operations Team supports the key business processes of our various business teams working to serve Amazon teams working in our corporate office buildings worldwide.
The GREF Photo Archive Manager is responsible for the global repository of GREF photos and videos and is the customer-facing point of contact for GREF photo archive. The manager maintains the repository, executes audits to ensure collection is organized and easy to navigate, maintains user licenses, catalogs photo submissions, responds to requests and grows visibility to the photo archive through team presentations and outreach.
As the GREF Photo Archive Manager, you'll guide the GREF team on establish coherent, quality controls and governance around photo content management, prepare documents to document decisions and collaborate with internal teams to find the best use of the archive for their team.
**Responsibilities**:
Point of contact for all GREF Photo Archive questions, requests, content, etc. \
Responsible for any online customer-facing resources including GREF Hub page, playbook, toolkits, etc.
Responsible for photo archive in an organized, catalogued manner with consistent tags and naming conventions making retrieval seamless and efficient
Provide governance over any submissions to photo archive to ensure standards and quality are maintained
Establish ongoing audit and self-inspection mechanisms to ensure archive is maintained and up to date with mínimal duplications
Respond to requests for photo collections
Create process documentation
Present on photo archive when requested during large team meetings or small team consultative sessions
Report on GREF Photo metrics including # of artifacts in the archive, groups requesting photos or other meaningful metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
Point of contact for Bynder contract questions
Manage, distribute, audit, retrieve Bynder licenses
**Basic Qualifications**:
Experience managing a large volume of content and content tools
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Experience developing and managing customer relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in English, technical writing, or related field, or comparable job experience
