As our business continues to evolve, we need seasoned Managers for our on-site support operations to ensure we deliver the best customer experience for our earners.
Greenlights are the places where new drivers and couriers learn how to use the platform and where they are set up for long term success with our platform.
Aside from this, we support other types of interactions, where we solve for the earners issues with the platform, ensuring we can not only solve for it, but provide the best customer experience possible.
It is in these places, mainly, that we seek to build engagement over time, growing the sense of community among drivers and the feeling of partnership with Uber, hence the sustained growth of the business!
The Greenlight Managers lead the day-to-day operation, being responsible for a large operation (either several Greenlights in the same city, in different cities or in different countries), with a large team formed by Service Agents and Supervisors.
It is the Greenlight Manager responsibility to lead, support and develop the team and their operation, so they can reach their full potential.
**What you'll do**:

- Owning the success metrics for growth and operational SLAs, business targets, and financial performance of GLs throughout the region
- Optimize your GLs based on needs for supply growth and engagement of our driver-partners
- Build a motivated team: Assist with hiring and development of GL Managers, Supervisors, and Uber Experts
- Collecting and reporting on regional performance data, with a particular emphasis on trend identification and impactful insights
- build and develop close relationships with General Managers, City Teams, Regional Teams, and other business partners to manage space planning, budget and headcount
- Maintain consistency of operational efficiency and Partner experience at every Greenlight Location in your region

**What you'll need**:

- Full professional proficiency in English
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
- Get it done attitude.
You're adaptable to change and with the ability to execute quickly!
- Determined - you are a hands-on leader and not afraid of doing the gritty work that comes along with the higher-level thinking
- Lead by example and have experience empowering a team to execute under pressure with tight deadlines, always motivating them to reach their goals
- Superb interpersonal skills.
You expertly build and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and co-workers
- Flexible and forward thinking - we need someone sharp and eager to play with different models to help us scale
