**What you need to know about this position**:
As a Governance, Risk & Compliance Senior Analyst at Mondelez International, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of vendor activities with internal security policies. This position requires a deep understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards, coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively advise internal stakeholders and vendors. Additionally, you will support M&A transactions and integrations, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.

- Advise clients on adhering to security clauses aligned with internal policies and standards.
- Support the execution of M&A transactions and integrations from a security perspective.
**Education / Certifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Security certificationes - desired
**Job specific requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in the security field, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Proficient knowledge of security concepts and methodologies, including risk assessment, risk & controls, policies & standards, corporate security strategies, network, and cloud security.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently, particularly in the context of M&A transactions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues to management and key stakeholders effectively.
