Looking for an individual to be Operations Lead for GMM.
This person will support the Leadership Team to coordinate shortage management activities and provide oversight to actions while also ensuring they close in a timely fashion.
Additionally, this person will help drive the organizations Management Operating System (MOS) including driving the 3 yr. / long-term strategies, coordinating quarterly reviews, managing the All Team Meetings (ATMs), leading minor projects, and drive all executive actions through GMM Leadership Team.

Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives.
Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models.
Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities.
Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders.
Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement.
Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.

Management Level Definition:_**
**General Responsibilities**:
- Shortage Management
- Coordinate all Shortage data requirements and analysis with GMM MPACE team
- Analyze data and prepare Executive Shortage updates and actions
- Drive all Shortage related actions through GMM teams
- Ensure GMM maintains the right level of shortage escalation for highly constrained parts.
- Staff & QBR Management
- Set purposeful, content-rich agendas for staff meetings & QBRs
- Ensure meetings are efficiently run and produce results and/or needed change
- Clearing and concisely document meeting content and actions
- All Team Meetings (ATMs)
- Set purposeful, content-rich agendas
- Work across staff to produce presentation and host event
- Maintain master calendar of all critical mtgs for organization
- Understand who is required in what mtgs and which ones can be delegated
- Support GMM lead to be prepped for any critical mtgs they attend (as needed)
- Maintain SharePoint / Teams site
- Control permissions
- Ensure documents / materials are organized and easily accessible
- Project / Program Management
- Drive all programs to improve Shortage management and reporting
- Execute GMM MOS and drive Continuous Improvement
- Lead a project of business importance - to be assigned based on business need

Education and Experience Required:
- **
Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, systems or related functional area.
Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
