**Key Responsibilities**
Support the Wealth business working closely with key stakeholders (e.g., FP&A lead, Client Segment LFOs, Product/Investment finance staff, Wealth Chief Operating Office, O&T and GF) to optimize decision making in a highly competitive and changing market environment and deliver on financial targets. Examples of critical activities includes investment prioritization and approval; productivity and Wealth finance transformation; BAU performance tracking and review; Quarterly Forecasting (QMMF) and outlook processes. **Specific areas of focus will be**:
- Support and challenge senior leaders on decision making regarding Citi BAU expense performance, return on the investments, and contribution to Citi's BAU, future and transformation agenda
- Analyze investment spend and financial productivity, specifically gaining a deeper understanding of investments, outcomes and benefits and efficiency actions and savings across the firm
- In depth analysis of investments providing insightful decision support analytics that will inform prioritization and funding
- Develop enhanced governance process around productivity actions
- Participate in work to drive organizational health including review of organizational construct and operating model
- Participate in the quarterly earnings process including build out of materials, understanding financials and overall external messaging
- Partner with key stakeholders (mainly lead financial officers, LFO's), to drive understanding and impact of investments and productivity actions
- Act as a primary contact to Corporate FP&A in the required reporting and analysis of investments and productivity
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance or equivalent. MBA preferred, but not required
- Minimum 10 years of experience. Financial Services industry and Financial Planning & Analysis experience are required
- Financial statements knowledge required
- Exceptionally strong stakeholder management, influencing and executive-level communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptionally strong clear/critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, including data manipulation
- Strategic thinker
- High level of attention to detail
- Comfortable with automation, business intelligence and business analytics tools and solutions
- Comfortable with financial systems
- Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Superior time management and prioritization skills, ability to coordinate and manage, and ability to anticipate roadblocks and identify solution
