The Global Technical Content Manager is responsible for managing internal communications and deliverables, including team newsletters, wiki content, business documents, and slide decks. You will work directly with our Global Technical Operations Lead on business needs related to content creation, communications, and performance management. You will partner with our Global Communications team to develop a comms and marketing strategy for our data & analytics team, and you will establish and own a comms rhythm of business, integrating into existing comms mechanisms and creating new ones where needed.
You will own the management and creation of business performance documents, including monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews.
This position is Client facing and must be able to provide customer obsessed support to Vendors and Vendor Managers, both in-person and virtually.

**Required Skills and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years prior experience in communications, operations, project, program or change management
High level of critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to work autonomously
Highly skilled in communicating value to stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook)
Experience with Smartsheet or willingness to learn
Experience with web content development or willingness to learn

Skills and qualifications that make you stand out from the rest
Experience in a global environment with exposure to various cultures, languages, and perspectives and ability to influence disparate audiences
Experience working in a consultant/client relationship also a big plus
Experience communicating technical work to a non-technical audience
