Overview:
Global Talent Acquisition Consultant - Costa Rica

We are searching for a Global Talent Acquisition Consultant experience necessary to be responsible for the development and management of key strategies that support the companies' short-term and long-term talent needs. The role will operate within the Business Enablement unit under the Global Head of TA and will be based in Bulgaria and all locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use findings to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various positions at all levels.
- Serve as a strategic business partner in the delivery of globally consistent recruitment and staffing process for the business, and lead the development and management of key strategies that support the companies' short term and long term talent needs.
- Handle confidential information and strive to ensure data accuracy in our ATS.
- Have the potential to become a trusted advisor to the business on strategic hiring projects.
- Collaborate with Global HR and Marketing departments to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any related field in addition to 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Experience with online networking tools such as LinkedIn, conducting searches on recruitment databases, and working on a global team.
- Ability to lead within a matrix environment and adapt quickly, stay flexible, and utilize resources effectively.
- Should be self-motivated, flexible, able to multitask, and possess organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of a foreign language (Spanish, Greek, etc.), or lean six sigma or project management certifications are considered an advantage.
