**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Reporting to the Global Services HRSSC Director and in an individual contributor role, you will be performing duties which is a combination of key HRSSC deliveries aligned to business unit or a geography, and be responsible for monitoring the performance (service, productivity, quality) of the team delivering the day-to-day HR Shared Service tasks to stakeholders.

We expect you to be customer-focused with a service delivery mindset and have an eye for detail to ensure high standards for work quality. You are also expected to foster strong relationship with our client groups and at the same time build a sense of camaraderie within the team across different locations.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Transacting and maintaining employee data within our HR system (i.e. personal data, job, office, compensation, working capacity, leaves of absence, education, background history etc.)
- Will be responsible to provide HR administrative support in employee life cycle.
- Consult with internal customers regarding various transactions, trouble shoots issues and focus on resolution.
- Assist in the development and modification of operating policies, guidelines, procedures, systems, and documentation, as appropriate to the development of best practices in the team. Review and update on periodic basis
- Auditing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of current HR transactional activities as they relate to client needs and expectations both now and, in the future.
- Produce relevant improvements in line with agreed processes and timelines.
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations of self and other team members.
- Manage documenting processes and ensuring that annual maintenance and updates are being completed, Process Maps, Work Instructions and any How to Guides
- Adherence to metrics and work within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Consulting across business operations, providing mentorship, and contributing specialized knowledge.
- Support and educates our customers in using Workday, ServiceNow and other tools as these come available.
- Communicate project performance via status reports and updates, including key deliverables with team and wider stakeholders (as needed).
- Act as a backup for team members when required.
- Support team & HRSSC Director in implementation of projects as per organizational directive

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- Structured way of working, able to multitask; should have an eye for detail.
- Demonstrates accountability, ownership, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.
- 6-8 years of HR Delivery experience for a business unit or a geography, or relevant experience in professional services environment strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English with C1 Level
- Broad experience of HR Shared Services, covering recruitment, employee lifecycle processes and pay within a complex organization, ideally within a customer orientated commercial environment or HR shared services centre.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Organization Development, or another related field is required.
- Be a strong and approachable HR generalist with deep understanding of local geography and legal requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, sound judgement and the ability to juggle many often competing priorities simultaneously.
- Able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented, and matrix-structured environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, and trust/credibility with the demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized with advanced project and process management skills.
- Strong teaming, collaboration, and relationship skills.
- Immediate to advanced skills in excel, PowerPoint, and other digital products such as Workday
