Your Role As an HR Specialist, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, providing exceptional service to our colleagues in the United States.
Your role is to provide timely and accurate support, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
You will perform a variety of engaging tasks and provide ongoing support to meet their day-to-day needs, making a real difference in their work experience.
Your Responsibilities • Recognize and celebrate employee work anniversaries.
• Ensure compliance with specific documentation requirements.
• Manage Code of Conduct training records and generate compliance reports.
• Handle Medical Child Support Orders and coordinate with payroll for employee referrals.
• Provide formal letters confirming employment details and internal promotions.
• Support job-specific training requests and manage fuel cards for employees with car allowances.
• Address a wide range of HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Ensure seamless internal transfers and accurate monthly invoice processing.
• Maintain up-to-date contact information for U.S. branch offices.
• Facilitate leadership development and monitor HR process approvals.
• Assist with tuition reimbursement program documentation and unemployment claims.
• Lead huddle boards and maintain daily productivity reports.
• Coordinate training plans and communicate proactively with HR stakeholders.
• The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site Your Skills and Experiences • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
• Desirable experience in Human Resources Services.
• Intermediate Excel, MS365.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or holidays.
• Strong communication skills.
