Your Role As a Finance Specialist, you will ensure customer and supplier information for the American continent is accurate and up to date.
This involves verifying documentation and updating the system to create or update client/supplier records.
Your Responsibilities • Develop and refine processes within the company system.
• Participate in training to enhance skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service via telephone or electronic communication.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the team.
• Proactively identify and resolve process issues.
• Meet productivity and quality objectives.
• Follow established work instructions, guidelines and SOPs.
• Comply with the company policy manual.
• The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site Your Skills and Experiences • High school diploma.
• Intermediate English proficiency – both written and oral.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Typing skills (25wpm).
• Willingness to work overtime and/or on holidays.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
• Eagerness to grow and learn.
• Strong team player.
• Goal-oriented.
