Your Role As our Air Logistics Support Manager, you will be at the forefront of our air logistics operations, leading a high-performing team to achieve strategic goals.
You will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring top-notch performance.

Your Responsibilities • Support GS Operations in applying the global Air Logistics Operational Model and Working Instructions.
• Assess and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and robust succession planning.
• Collaborate with GS Production teams to achieve shared responsibilities (e.g., process efficiency, migrations, training, quality, performance).
• Analyze and identify quality, performance, and efficiency opportunities using reporting tools.
• Implement sustained improvement actions based on root cause findings.
• Drive efficiency improvements through maximized systems setups, usage, and training.
• Support standardization efforts to increase efficiency and transactional execution of tasks.
• Ensure timely, comprehensive, and professional communication with employees, process owners, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage governance of all process working instructions and SOPs to ensure compliance with QSHE requirements.
• Develop a training concept to enhance the production teams' knowledge of systems capabilities and usage.
• Drive process standardizations in cooperation with GPO and regions.
• Own and maintain migration governance, including design, framework, documentation standards, and successful implementation of processes.
• Initiate and manage projects and interdependencies, including stakeholder and customer outcome alignment.
• Actively manage interfaces and information exchange between business partners and KN GS teams.

Expertise in Continuous Improvement and 6Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to handle multiple departments and responsibilities effectively.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to exceed business goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in freight forwarding.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
