Your Role The main goal of the First Level Support team is to provide a professional and effective functional and setup support service for all software currently in use by the operational staff.
As a First Level Support Specialist, you will ensure the uninterrupted availability of operational systems, provide guidance, maintain support structures, and promote new system features to operational staff.
Your Responsibilities • Develop and analyze processes within the company system.
• Follow working instructions, guidelines, and FLS Wikis.
• Attend training sessions and achieve productivity and quality KPIs.
• Provide customer service via telephone or electronically.
• Maintain fluent communication with Team Leaders and requestors.
• Follow company Policy Manual.
• Provide functional and organizational guidance to local systems managers.
• Collaborate on tasks, share knowledge, and best practices.
• Act as the primary contact for operational system usage in your geographical area.
• Set up and maintain support structures to ensure system availability.
• Stay updated on new system features and promote them to staff.
• Proactively seek system improvements to increase automation and efficiency.
• Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by your supervisor.
• The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site Your Skills and Experiences • University degree or advanced studies in systems (preferably) or Logistics.
• Desirable experience in data visualization and analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Air Logistics.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency • Strong communication skills.
