**Responsibilities**:
This role will be responsible for the development and execution of HR procurement initiatives within the assigned HR Services sub-category to achieve efficiencies and cost reduction.
This role has a significant strategic element. The ability to carry out market research and contract reviews to generate ideas for savings and efficiencies while working in partnership with stakeholders to develop and execute those initiatives will be key.
This role will have an overall HR Procurement focus and Learning & Development will be a key element of that.
**Requirements**:
- English level: High
- Bachelor university in progress (Complete desired)
- MS Office (High excel)
- 8 years of relevant experience working in procurement
- Experience working within the parameters of set policies and procedures in a large multinational firm
- The ability to work remotely with country/regional stakeholders
- Expert negotiation skills - both commercial and contractual - based on research and category knowledge
- Project management skills
- Flexible, cross-cultural and cross-functional, team player
- reporting on category trends and best practices driving best-in-class purchasing practices
- Drive Citi's diverse supplier strategy and targets
- A sense of ownership and responsibility to ensure end to end problem resolution for the overall success of the RMO function
- Working in HR procurement experience is a plus
