**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of GBS HR and the main responsibilities relate to processing end to end global mobility activities for assignment initiations/changes occurring during assignment/extensions and ends of assignments.
It requires close cooperation with all the relevant stakeholders involved in the process and strong communication skills, great senior management capabilities.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Provides specialist technical expertise through the processing of global mobility activities for BAT's global population in accordance with corporate policies and guidelines
- Ensures compliance with legal, fiscal and regulatory changes in global mobility activities
- Supports case execution by ensuring that documentation is produced in line with process guidelines and procedures and by maintaining data in different systems
- Monitors planned employee assignment end dates/lease end dates/visa expiry dates
- Resolves complex queries which involve a detailed explanation of Global Mobility policy, processes or procedures
- Identifies opportunities to improve specialist services and processes and escalates appropriately.
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
**
- Do you have 3 years of experience in Global Mobility or similar roles?
- Do you have experience using SuccessFactors and Assignment PRO?
- Do you have advanced English level
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- At least 3-year experience in HR Administration area, exposure with global mobility activities / relocation and immigration process flows / expatriate management would be a plus
- Experience in working with HR systems (SuccessFactors and APRO would represent a plus)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good numerical skills
- Attention to details
- Solid planning and organizing skills
- Priority setting skills.
