Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Global Leader - Assessment and Evaluation to design processes, systems, tools, and programs to support and maintain our assessment strategy and framework globally. In this role, you'll focus on process improvement of the existing assessment process, system, and structure for skill, competency, and proficiency levels across the organization and employee lifecycle. The Global Leader - Assessment and Evaluation will be responsible for proactively generating insights based on analysis and business input, as well as recommended improvements or requirements for processes and procedures. The role will require close collaboration with the global Talent Acquisition community, the HR business partner community, business leadership, and the Learning & Development colleagues across disciplines.
The role will operate within the Learning & Development unit under the Head of Business Operations Shared Services and based in one of these locations:Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Rwanda, or the US.

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver talent assessment processes that are agile and fit for a rapidly evolving business environment.- Enhance current assessment processes to identify and fill process gaps and generate innovative ideas that help enhance the end solution, improve talent assessment, and drive overall operational excellence.- Research, identify, and incorporate external leading best practices, innovation, and trends into the design of assessment processes.-
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure consistent quality and impact of assessment solutions.- Partner closely with peer teams to ensure a consistent implementation of assessment practices, including: End-to-end Learning & Development to build close alignment between talent assessment and learning and development approaches.- People Analytics to evaluate adverse impact, reliability, validity, and utility.- Talent Management to embed assessment insights in global talent conversations and processes - Talent Acquisition to integrate assessment in external hiring practices.- HR IT for data privacy, accuracy, and accessibility.- Develop and maintain project plans supporting talent assessment programs and initiatives.- Assist in conducting research on best practices and products in the marketplace to justify recommendations and support purchasing efforts.- Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and system goals.- Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Training & Education or another relevant discipline is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 15 years of experience in Learning & Development skills assessment & evaluation is required.
- Experience in the education or training sector/or training department organizing trainings for employees/clients.
- Experience in leading an organization driving assessment processes and protocols aligned to the organization's development objectives.
- Experience leading learning teams. Understanding and knowledge of learning technology, learning processes, and learning data.
- Extensive experience with assessment research, analytics, and reporting to predict future outcomes.
- Experience teaching others how to create and assess skills, competencies, and proficiency levels.
- Experience and knowledge of innovative assessment and evaluation methodologies. Knowledge of assessment systems, training platforms, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience working in a technology company environment.
- Learning Assessment certification is considered an advantage.
- A self-organized, determined, and persistent team player who is experienced in delivering quality learning experiences, presentations, and design programs.
