Responsibilities in this position include:
- Working as a single point of contact to the outsourcing team for sponsors and suppliers.
- Developing solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion.
- Executing the process utilizing various tools while managing data in the outsourcing domain.
- Creating purchase requests and tracking approvals.
- Providing guidance on procurement processes and execution.
- Assessing risks, identifying issues and solutions to timely and efficiently achieve program goals or project objectives while maintaining quality standards.
- Working as a delegate to the sponsor and facilitating necessary steps for new contractor orientation and periodic contingent worker trainings.
- Communicating process changes in a timely manner.
- Contributing toward process efficiencies and seek guidance on observed gaps.
- Design and analyze key process indicators in line with our outsourcing strategy to drive continuous improvement.
- Project management - Define priorities of work, monitor quality and timely execution to stakeholders and internal customers.
- Customer and stakeholder management - Interact with hiring leaders, teammates, and stakeholders to develop creative sourcing solutions.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
Bachelor's or Master's degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience in Outsourcing, Commodity Management or Finance, And 1+ years of experience in the following:
- Work experience with outsourced projects, vendor and project management, budgeting, and collaboration with external and internal partners.
- Working with business data and with Microsoft office products - especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint/Wiki, Power BI.
Advanced English Level
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Intel product lines; Intel business strategy; procurement processes.
- Proven Project Management Experience.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including PMP, Scrum and Agile
- IT background as well as a Outsource Management background is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of sourcing practices, purchasing contract as well as Intel's own legal guidelines to minimize Intel's risk.
- Understanding of project life cycle including project milestones and quality standards.
