What You Will Achieve

Your innovative ideas will drive the growth of our team at Pfizer. You will manage the execution of a multitude of commercial operational services for identified markets. You will work with the region leads to define and update scope and service areas of commercial operations (CO), establish and improve service delivery model, manage business demand for services, prioritize resources and budget/funding/ investments allocation. This role will enable compliant processes for commercial operations in assigned markets.

As a Senior Manager, your advanced knowledge of the principles and concepts in the discipline and comprehensive knowledge of other disciplines will enable you to lead complex projects across the division. Your ability to develop and manage plans will facilitate in achieving objectives, interpreting internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices for improvements. While managing complex project environments, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division.

ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer's CMO purpose and aspiration is to modernize marketing at Pfizer by developing current and next generation marketers and delivering a best-in-class model that is faster, more effective, efficient, and boosts our MROI. In keeping with this purpose, Biopharma Operations plays a key role in creating Better, Faster, Smarter Content to Support an Omnichannel Model. One of the most critical drivers of this transformation is to create an industry leading end-to-end content supply chain that delivers excellence across 83 global markets and 4 unique market categories.

As a result, the Content Center Team was created to offer marketers and medical a fit-for-purpose E2E content offering for BUs and countries.

The Global Content Operations Manager is a key member of the In market global Content Operations team and will be accountable for delivering detailed E2E content tools and process deployments and daily operational support to medical, marketing, agencies and CMO colleagues. Accountable for driving the adoption of the capabilities and tools into the daily marketing and medical process to achieve marketing excellence.

This role will strategically collaborate with marketers and senior leaders from Digital, Biopharma Ops (Business Process Design, Content Platform Operations, Bops, BQ, CE), and other CMO teams.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively manage the use of Adobe Workfront, builders, review and approval and library systems to support the end-to-end content workflow.
- Enable seamless and effective global to local pull-though of content tools and processes.
- Partner closely with Glocal marketers, agencies, other functions and CMO peers to flawlessly execute deployment and improvement workstreams of next gen content platform tools
- Serves as local expert in operationalizing marketing programs; understand global and local considerations.
- Boots on ground in anchor & focused anchor to Intake local/regional requirements for library, brief, builders and share with Global team.
- Provide leadership and support to implement the Regional Operations, short-term transition plan and mid
- term implementation plan to achieve future state.
- Acts as L1 Support for BOPs/Marketers: Deliver comms, training, POC in market to help marketers build content, tagging covering 14 anchors/focused anchors.
- Overflow support if Content & Agency Production Operations need more boots on ground.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS Required; MBA or equivalent Master's-level education preferred.
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Marketing Operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Cross-BU and/or diversity of job experiences.
- Proven track record of delivering business performance
