The Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM) Lead is a management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department to initiate and maintain relationships with GIAM partners.
The overall objective of this role is to manage a global team that works directly teams within the GIAM organization to relay helpful process information to partners as well as building relationships supportive of GIAM's overarching mission of managing identities and access management for all of Citi's users.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify Citi businesses and partners supported by the GIAM organization
- Establish relationships with partners that allow for the management of expectations and patience during problem solving exercises.
- Recommend process improvements based on insights derived from regular communications and interactions with partners.
- Develop new and improved procedures and process control manuals as needed
- Manage and oversee the tasks and professional development of GIAM PRM team members
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Ability to manage a global team.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience related to Information Security
- People management experience
- Advanced English level
- Experience interacting with information security services
- IS certifications are a plus but not required
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
- Proven analytical skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree finished
- Master's degree preferred
