Seeking a highly organized and experienced **Technology Infrastructure Project Manager **to join our team to fullfill Projects leadership and supervisory responsibility position.
Expected to contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise and also support internal process review.
Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets.
Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversees all technology components of diverse, moderately complex IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost.
- Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
- Contributes to formulation of strategies for IT project leadership and other functional areas.
- Applies in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
- Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through responsibility for delivery of end results
- Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
- Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
- Appropriately assess risk, map and document dependencies.
- Manages technical components of moderately complex IT projects.
- Verifies team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
- Identifies scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
- Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area to resolve issues.
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Ability to coordinate activities across teams.
- PTS Setups, PTS BOW Checks and maintenance, update PTS financials in line with client and program targets and PTS FTE in line with resource plan.
- Generate, review, and publish reports for SMT directs, SMT, STLT and reports specific to clients and regions.
**Qualifications**:
Mandatory
- At least 5 years experience in an IT project leadership role related to **infrastructure** with commensurate people management experience.
- English and Spanish - Strong written/verbal communications skills; must be concise, articulate, and persuasive with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions and provide sharp commentary to senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Desirable:
- Experience managing multiple agile work streams simultaneously.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Project Management, Infrastructre and process creation.
