Experience in a scrum master role Deep understanding of Data projects (Data Analytics, Forecasting etc.) is a must Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban) Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or similar field Scrum master certification is a plus Salary: 2.300.000,00 CRC Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm Hybrid Temporary 9 months
