Gerente De Proyecto (Scrum Master)

**What you need to know about this position**:

- Manage each project's scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it

**Requisitos**:

- Experience in a scrum master role
- Deep understanding of Data projects (Data Analytics, Forecasting etc.) is a must
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or similar field
- Scrum master certification is a plus
- Salary: 2.300.000,00 CRC
- Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Hybrid
- Temporary 9 months
