Manage the adequate supply of resources and services used by the company for its operation.**What you will do**- Lead strategic raw material negotiations.- Supervise and control the purchase management of raw materials and supplies.- Ensure the correct and timely documentary management for the importation of products and raw materials.- Supervise the creation and management of import folders for products and raw materials.- Supervise and control the administrative procedures with the different entities that participate in the purchase management: Customs, Shipper, Maritime Agency, etc.- Check that the purchase orders from suppliers correspond to what is requested in quantity, quality and price.- Manage the correct and timely reception of the products and raw materials required by the company.- Supervise the entry into the system of all purchasing information required by the company.- Control the billing and payment of the different services used: Transportation, customs duties, Customs Agency, etc.- Prepare reports and management reports.- Ensure that raw materials and products comply with the security, quality, safety and environmental protection policies defined by the company.**What we expect from you**- University Studies: Business Administration, Engineering or similar career.- At least 5 years of experience in related positions, ideally in the food or manufacturing industry.- Experience in S&OP process, Inventory, Supply Planning.- Experience in commodity management and strategic Sourcing.- Knowledge of risk management.- Knowledge of ISO/FSSC22000 quality processes for suppliers.- Experience in energy management (electricity, natural gas and water).- Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge.- Proficiency in the English language.**Competencies**- Strategic and commercial vision.- Organization and planning.- Ability to negotiate and solve problems.- Analytical capacity and information management- Autonomy and initiative.- Teamwork oriented.- Decision making and operational leadership.- Manage people.We are a warm family company with a historical growth track record and a clear long-term vision for the future.
