**About the role**:

- Coaching and leader of the Distributor sales team and influence in the area managers of our key accounts.
- Definition and negotiation with the main customers in his territory.
- Responsible for sales results within the Kerry Foodservice Brands.
- Responsibility for the management and control of trade assets and trade spends.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and monitor the execution of channel and distributor plans with the distributor sales team (including market visits).
- Develop and review sales tools (Sell sheets, recipes booklet, beverage Machines.), As well as guarantee the product portfolio development in the final users.
- Create one forecast per customer in order to guarantee the levels of service required for attend the market in all territories.
- Review of business negotiations with the Distributors and sales negotiations with key accounts in the region.
- Review and control of the main key performance indicators (sales growth in volume, revenue and gross margin, accounts receivable, sales concentration) and strategies to improve this KPIs
- Communication with the operations and marketing department to ensure the business.
- Coordinate special events supported by our chefs, baristas and marketing if is necessary, to maintain and guarantee the presence of Kerry Foodservice in the market environment.
- Communication with the Foodservice Business Manager and prepare or provide a Status Report and monthly monitoring of the customers sales evolutions

**Qualifications and skills**:

- University degree in Business / Hotel school field / Food Engineering / Nutritionist
- At least three years of experience within the Hotel or Food & Beverage environment
- At least one year in a leadership position
- Experience with Foodservice Distributors, Hotels and restaurants.
- Leadership skills: Good coaching and business vision
- Problem solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Negotiation: clear communication skills, convincing
- Attitude: results oriented, open mind, win-win negotiator
