**About the Role**:
**Your Responsibilities Include**:
- Responsible for providing HR guidance/support to client group(s) in most of the following areas: competency development, talent management, talent acquisition, employment law compliance, employee relations, employee engagement, change management and process improvement.
- Coach and consult with management on issues affecting morale, performance, development and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps.
- Support communication and utilization of performance management tools & processes and compensation & rewards programs.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Academical Degree Administration, psicology or related.
- English Level: B2:(70-79%).
- Desired knowledge: Legal guidelines, advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel.
- At least 5 years of experience as HR Generalist or in similar positions.
