Job Description Position Summary The Generalist Human Resources Analyst (Business Partner) role contributes to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives.
General Job Responsibilities Participate in regular planning meetings with Operations Implementation of HR planning requirements in the area of responsibility (staffing planning, succession planning) Participate in selection and staffing process in the area of responsibility.
Onboarding follow up process in the area of responsibility.
Support people managers with career conversations, development plans/career growth path plans and other development initiatives.
Support and advise the leaders of the organization in the search, development, and retention of the best talent.
Keep up to date company policies and handbook.
Advise, communicate, and educate employees and department managers of company policies to ensure legal compliance.
Support managers in the delivery of key standardized HR activities (TAR, GPD, CDD, talent pool, Impact, Annual Salary Review and other Global initiatives).
Cascade company communications to employees Support or resolve employee relations issues/ complaints; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
Monitor the climate and organizational culture through continuous dialogue and propose actions to harmonize it.
Apply associate surveys to evaluate the climate and organizational culture and organizational needs and support global strategies.
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
Responsible for exit interviews and action plans Analyze trends and HR metrics (hirings, exit interviews).
Suggest new HR strategies and participate in HR meetings.
Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned.
Support engagement/ CSR activities and oversee various committees.
Perform other functions related to the position.
Qualifications University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related.
Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience Good knowledge of local labor legislation Proficiency in MS Office English level B2+ or C1 Detail oriented, analytics skills, critical thinking, and solution-oriented mindset Teamwork and accountability Proactive and dynamic Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment.
Independently solve complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate parties as well as in a team Ensure end to end ownership of resolution.
