This role requires exceptional follow-up, coordination, and communication skills to ensure daily progress, meet project timelines, and maintain budgetary constraints.**Role and Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with project managers and team members to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.- Assist in creating project schedules, timelines, and budgets.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.- Conduct research and gather information to support project decision-making.- Assist in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions.- Communicate project updates and milestones to team members and stakeholders.- Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling and correspondence.**Qualifications and Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.- Prior experience in project management or coordination is a plus.**Contract Details**:- Duration: At least 3 months and can be extended depending on performance- Hours: 40 hours per week- Compensation: $800 - $1,400 USD/month- Location: Escazu**Qualities and Attitude We Are Looking For**:- **Strong Follow-Up Skill**: A tenacious professional with the ability to consistently follow up on tasks, ensuring projects remain on track and deadlines are met.- **Exceptional Coordination and Communication**: A skilled coordinator who thrives in facilitating collaboration among teams, ensuring clear and effective communication to achieve project goals.- **Proactive Problem Solver**: An individual who approaches challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, actively seeking solutions to keep projects running smoothly.- **Results-Driven**: A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving project milestones and objectives while maintaining budgetary constraints.- **Detail-Oriented**: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in project documentation, timelines, and financial tracking.- **Time Management Expertise**: An organized individual who excels at managing time effectively, juggling multiple tasks, and prioritizing to meet deadlines.- **Team Player**: A collaborative and adaptable team member who thrives in a dynamic work environment, contributing positively to team cohesion.- **Positive Attitude**: An enthusiastic and optimistic approach to challenges, inspiring motivation and fostering a constructive work atmosphere.**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract, PermanentContract length: 12 months**Salary**: ¢420,000.00 - ¢740,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you own a car and can drive your car to run around for work?**Experience**:- administration assistant: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (required)- Chinese (preferred)
