The Greater Americas Benefit Program Owner will develop and implement strategies for GAM HR benefits programs, collaborating with internal partners to design, plan, and execute benefit operations aligned with legal requirements and corporate guidelines.
Individual will be responsible for:
- Identifying opportunities to enhance, streamline, implement efficiencies/automation, and drive effectiveness of assigned benefit programs using data and analytics to inform recommendations, and evaluate end to end solutions.
- Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of benefit programs.
- Develops communication plan to ensure effective dissemination of information related to benefit programs, policies and changes to key stakeholders across regions.
- Keeps abreast benefit specific research and market trends, integrating learning into benefit offerings.
- May manage relationships with vendors to align on program requirements and goals, set performance and quality expectations, maintain reporting, and facilitate program success for Intel and it's employees.
- Leads root cause analysis, containment, recommendation, and resolution of quality issues and may execute complex human resource data transactions, including payroll report processing.
- Addresses any service quality issues through thorough analysis and resolution, proactively adapts to workload changes, and is committed to delivering excellent service in line with regional goals and standards.
- Strong data analysis skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Leveraging such analysis to find solutions to complex problems.
- Should have experience working complex employee and plan participant issues.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR discipline or related field.
- 2+ years' of relevant experience.
- 1+ years' experience in Benefits Administration.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, including a competency with v-lookup, filtering, and pivot tables
- Advanced English level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Protected Health Information and privacy requirements.
- Project management experience/knowledge.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
