Functional Engineer SAP PM/PP
**Who you are**:
- ** 3 to 5 years of experience **leading the implementation of plant maintenance or production planning SAP modules.
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline or similar.
- Experience working within ITS Projects and Programs with AGILE/SCRUM project methodology
- Fluent Business English
- PossibFlexibility to travel by the end of the implementation of each project.

**What you do**:
- Functional leader projects within Manufacturing, accountable for leading the overall end-to-end design, including the detailed configuration that considers how to structure a segment solution based on requirements from the business, global and regional views, as well as the design of standard software configurations
- Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to use technology to address near-term business needs which includes identifying these opportunities, reviewing and obtaining a disposition decision from the appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand
- Participates in the evaluation of the factors which must be addressed in the change program as well as establishing requirements for implementing changes in the business process and contributes to policy formation, User Groups, and strategic direction
- Leads small to medium Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives; consults with and shares knowledge across org; awareness of industry trends
